This property is situated in Albert Village where there are local walks and is situated approx a mile and a half of Swadlincote town centre. The town centre provides a variety of shops and supermarkets, there is now a local cinema and a bus station providing access to neighbouring towns.

Upon entering this property there is an entrance hallway with stairs off to the first floor and a cloakroom/WC, go into the breakfast kitchen where there is a range of wall and base units with complementary work surfaces, there is an integrated gas hob, electric oven, plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher, tiled splashbacks and doors through to the conservatory. The conservatory is a brick based construction with double glazing with double doors leading out to the patio and a single door leading out to the side, there is a wall mounted air con unit. The dining room has double doors through into the lounge which has a feature fireplace, doubled glazed bay window to the front aspect, the landing gives access to four bedrooms and a family bathroom, the bathroom is appointed with a three piece suite comprising of panelled bath and a vanity unit incorporating wash hand basin and low flush WC. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room and double built in wardrobes, bedrooms two and three have a Jack and Jill shower room with a double shower cubicle, pedestal sink and low flush WC. Outside the driveway provides off road parking and to the rear of the garden there is a secluded area.
