At the Clock Island take the first exit onto Burton Road, Woodville, and continue ahead taking a right turn onto Sorrell Drive, take the 2nd turning on the right into SAGE DRIVE, follow the road around and up where the property is situated on the left, easily identified by our Newton Fallowell For Sale Board.
