DESCRIPTION - FIRST FLOOR
To the first floor, the master bedroom is located to the front and has an overstairs storage cupboard. Bedroom two is a single overlooking the rear, with the bathroom completing the accommodation with a bath, electric shower and WC.

To the front, there's a lawned garden with path to the front door. To the rear there's a private and not overlooked rear garden with a lawn and patio.

DIRECTIONS
From the car park to the rear of our Swadlincote office, turn left onto Civic Way, then take the third exit from the Sainsburys Island onto Darklands Road. At the brow of the hill, turn left onto Coronation Street which becomes Plummer Road. Continue to teh traffic island, taking the first exit left onto Meadow Lane, where the property can be found on the right hand side, easily identified by our Newton Fallowell To Let sign.
