From our Swadlincote office, turn left onto Civic Way and take the third exit at the Sainsburys island onto Darklands Road. Continue to the top of the hill, turning left onto Union Road which becomes High Street Newhall. Continue to the mini island, taking the second exit onto Bretby Road , then the second right onto Yew Tree Road, continue ahead then left onto Larch Road where the property can be found on the right easily identified by our distinctive NEWTON FALLOWELL For Sale Board.
