Situated in a cul-de-sac within walking distance of the South Derbyshire town of Swadlincote and a full range of leisure and shopping facilities in addition to healthcare and schooling, Middle Close is a medium sized modern development with good access to bus routes and commuter routes to Burton, Ashby and the M42.

DESCRIPTION
This property has gas central heating and UPVC double glazing throughout. To the front of the property is a storm porch which provides access into the entrance hallway. To the first floor is the landing just off the stairs. The bedroom and bathroom accommodation leads off the landing. Situated to the rear of the property is the master bedroom which is a good size double. To the front of the property is the second bedroom which is also a good size double room, with built in wardrobe and airing cupboard over the stairwell. Completing the accommodation upstairs is the family bathroom. The bathroom has a three-piece white suite, with electric shower over the tub.

OUTSIDE
To the front of the property is an easy maintenance gravel garden with established shrubs. To the right hand side of the property is the driveway with spaces for two cars. To the left of the property is a path which leads to a gate providing access to the rear garden. The garden at the rear is sectioned into a patio area, lawn and further patio at the bottom of the garden. Completing the outside accommodation is the garden shed.

DIRECTIONS
From our Swadlincote office turn right onto Midland Road, left at the junction onto Civic Way and right at Sainsburys roundabout onto Darklands Road.
