" This delightful Stewart Milne detached villa sits in a popular area of Arbroath. Located at the entrance of Earl Matthew Avenue this property provides easy access onto the A92 therefore making commuting North and South very easy. The property itself provides a fantastic living space both internally and externally for any growing family. To the front of the property you will find a mono blocked driveway that leads to the single garage which the current owners have included an internal door to the house ideal for taking in shopping etc. There is also a small grassed lawn area to the front as well.
