" What a great house. This is for many reasons. Some of them are for the fact that it is in a quiet cul de sac, just at the bottom of Colyers Lane, another is the fact it is extremely keenly priced, a bargin at that! Another is for the fact that for first time buyers it is stamp duty exempt and when you are starting out it is going to save you a small fortune! However, without entering this home you will never know, as the saying goes, you have got to be in it to win it!It is positioned between Barnehurst and Erith train station and would probably take the average walker around 10 - 15 minutes to get to either, so commuters can get to London after having a healthy walk.To the ground level it is a compact 13ft lounge with direct access to the kitchen which could be redesigned so it gives you great chance to put your own personal mark on the property. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside to the back of the house is a lovely garden which has its own gate leading to the current owners parking space.Other benefits include; double glazing and Economy 7 heating.

What the Owner says:

We bought this property about 3 years ago. We loved the fact it was in a really quiet cul de sac as everything else we were viewing was either on main roads or quiet roads with terrible parking. We just loved the fact we don't even have to use our allocated parking space as there is plenty of it on the road at all times outside our house. Throughout the time we have modernised as much as possible and are only moving now as it is a little bit tight on space as we have 2 children and need a 3 bedroom house.
