What the Owner says:

I bought this property for many reasons. The bus routes are fantastic. The 89 and 428 and very close by.
I'm in between 3 train stations. Barnehurst, Erith and Slade Green. They all have great access for London. The area is very quiet and i have not had any problems at all here in the past 7 years. All the neighbours are wonderful. I'm only moving now as I have out grown the property and need something a little larger and I hope whoever buys my house is as happy as we have been for over 7 years.
