" How does this sound, the fact that you will have a great chance of always making it to work on time? well what i'm trying to say is that the train station is so local that it will be virtually impossible to be late for work. If you fancy a spot of shopping then step outside the front door and jump on the 99 bus, which will take you to either Bexleyheath Shopping Centre, or even Erith Town Centre. This must sound good to you ladies out there, as we know you like to flex the credit cards. One great thing that stands out in this house is that there are 2 reception rooms, one for you to retreat after a hard days work and one for you to eat in, however, if it were me buying it, I would knock the dining room into the kitchen, giving you even more cupboard space and turning it into a real 'Jamie Oliver' style kitchen area. Cast your eye over the bedroom sizes. Not to shabby at all hey? 2 doubles and 1 eye catching third room - enough to swing a cat in or 2! The current owner went with the idea recently of installing a modern shower room which to me works well, however, if you prefer baths then it is easy enough to turn it back into a bathroom. The garden is low maintenance giving you more time to spend in one of the areas local public houses.

I moved into the property about 16 years ago and I have been the only private owner since the property was built. Throughout my time here, I have put in a new kitchen, recently completed the shower room, a new boiler and even landscaped the garden. The thing I will miss the most is the train station. It takes me about 7 minutes to get there and I am a slow walker. being close to London is fantastic. I am only moving now as I am relocating to another part of the country and wish, who ever buys my home all the best for the future.
