" Located in a quiet cul de sac in Barnehurst is this spacious three bedroom semi detached house, which would be a perfect home for either a first time buyer or someone stepping up the ladder and upsizing. This would also be great for investors due to its overall size and layout, as properties of this style would fetch in or around ?1250 per calendar month.

It is positioned in Barnehurst, close to the borders of Erith, just a short walk from Barnehurst station which offers speedy access in and out of central London and Bluewater shopping mall is just a short car journey away. Also close by are many reputable primary schools to choose from.
