" Location, location, location. With this property it is all about the location; being around a 1/4 of a mile away from Barnehurst train station; and being only 25mins away from London, this property is ideal for all those commuters.
Kitchen lovers be aware; this boasts a fantastic 18ft kitchen which is an extension of this wonderful chalet style house. However, still has bags of room to extend further, subject to the right consent from the council and if extended further would make an even bigger family home than it already is.
The schools around the area are fantastic. Two of the closet primary schools are Barnehurst and Bursted Woods, which are both highly reputable due to their outstanding Ofsted reports, so ideal for those who want a great education for their kids.
Downstairs it has 2 separate reception rooms, 1 for relaxing and 1 for eating. The 3rd bedroom is on the ground floor, which could be knocked into the lounge giving you that extra space, or even it could be used as a study?
If you like ground floor bathrooms, then perfect, as this has one. And if you extend upstairs there is a chance to add a further bathroom or even en-suite facilities.

We bought our home around 9 years ago. We instantly fell in love with it because it was a chalet style house. When we bought the house, it was in need of renovation throughout, so we took it back to the brickwork in every room and started with a blank canvas. We have spent a lot of money on the house, from the bespoke extended kitchen down to the Laura Ashley wallpaper throughout. We have improved the house in every aspect to a very high standard. The extended kitchen allowed us to incorporate a utility area; however, there is still bags more room to extend. The garden alone could have sold us the house, as we are sun lovers and it is south facing.
