" For the green fingered sunseekers I believe. Many buyers wish for a large garden, with this house you will get just that and much more. Not only does the garden measure in or around 150ft it is south facing giving the warmth both in the summer and winter. Even though this garden is large it is manageable as it is flat. With the rear access it gives you an extra option to build either a garage or even store a caravan or a boat or even park those extra cars. Inside on the ground floor level there is a 22ft lounge and a wonderfully sized 19ft kitchen/diner which fits an average size table in. Upstairs you will see that there are 4 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. To the front there is a further delightful rear garden and parking for 1 car. If the space is not enough then speak to the local council and try to obtain planning permission for an extension as I believe this would benefit any buyer giving you the extra space. The local schools are also a treat as you will find an array of great primary schools ranging from St Josephs in Crayford to Barnehurst Junior School. The secondary schools are certainly no let down either with the fantastic new addition of Haberdasher Askes School Academy in Crayford.

What the Owner says:

We will miss our home very much. We will mainly miss our private rear garden. Over the past 39 years we have maintained and improved our garden making it as private as possible installing 6ft fences. Inside with have done much updating to our likes and even installed double glazing about 10 years ago now. If is was not for our relocation we would be more than happy to stay here for many more years. We think it would be ideal for a family as the schools in Barnehurst and Crayford really are fantastic and the station only takes us about 10 minutes to walk to. We hope anyone that buys our property is as happy as we have been here.
