" The G-Type Feakes & Richards are renowned for being the ideal family homes, especially when they have a beautiful, light and bright rear extension overlooking a well maintained and pretty south facing rear garden. The lounge at the front of the property has been kept tucked away benefiting from the iconic G-Type bay window. The rear addition is open to the original dining room now creating a large 'L-Shaped' family room which can also be accessed via the kitchen. The new addition and reception room has been thoughtfully laid out with two large sets of patio doors, overlooking and leading on to the rear garden. With the rear of the home being South facing, this is a really light and bright room with light spreading from back to front. As part of the extension, also on the ground floor is the addition of a shower room. Upstairs is pretty much as you would expect from an original Feakes & Richards. There are three good sized bedrooms; two large doubles and a slightly smaller third bedroom. The bathroom is currently split as a bathroom with a separate WC, but as most prefer, hold the potential to remodel the two rooms into one large bathroom instead. Outside the property is a large driveway that sits in front the garage providing parking for up to four vehicles. To the rear is the south facing garden which has been mildly landscaped.
