" A fantastic opportunity for you to buy in a great location in Bexleyheath. This is for many reasons. Barnehurst is on your doorstep for one, the shops are just around the corner. You are situated between Barnehurst and Bexleyheath stations, so you have a mind boogling choice, which one to use. The local school Burstead Woods Primary is second to none, a great education for your kids is on your doorstep should you require this. So many wonderful reasons why not to turn this down.Inside this house, downstairs are 2 separate reception rooms and a kitchen. The 2nd reception room is an extension behind the kitchen giving extra depth, space and versatility so it can be used as a dining room, a sitting room or even a open plan kids play room from kitchen. In any case, downstairs is of a decent size.Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with bedroom 1 offering loads of storage space with fitted wardrobes and drawers. So a perfect hiding place for the womens shoes and still plenty of space for the man of the house to hanging his hat. The bathroom is also upstairs.Outside is a secluded and private sunny south facing rear garden, which is not overlooked from behind at all.

What the Owner says:

This was my mothers property and she loved it dearly. It has got a real warm feeling about the place. She bought it about 25 years ago and I believe she has maintained it superbly. New double glazing was installed in that time and along with probably the best room in the house, the sitting/dining room. This was extended a few years ago now and is still the favourite room in the house. It has had many uses and is such a light and airy room and a great escape from the lounge should you need it, and being open plan to the kitchen means you can let your kids run around while you are cooking.
