" This modern stunning family home must be viewed!When these homes were being built in the 1970's, this part of Redhill Wood was nicknamed "Millionaires row"! This is one of those individually designed homes and is spread over four stunning levels.From the main entrance you can access the double garage and there is a cloakroom and storage cupboard before walking into the main house. There you are greeted by double height vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling glass on two sides where the dining space is located overlooking a lovely courtyard. To your left is a modern glossy kitchen with granite work tops; there is also a utility room with additional storage. Downstairs, there are four bedrooms with an en suite to the master and a family bathroom.Going up takes you to a breath-taking lounge with vaulted ceiling and balcony overlooking the garden. Another room off of the lounge makes an ideal play room or study. Upstairs again there is a private guest suite.

We first fell in love with the house because of its location. It was quiet and private surrounded by wildlife and although we felt we were living in the country, we were 10 minutes from Ebbsfleet, Bluewater and major road and rail links. We relished the challenge of modernizing the house as we knew that the raw material was there. Masses of space and light with lovely high ceilings and once we had installed new floors and ceilings; new bathrooms and kitchen and revamped and stocked the garden, our house became a stylish and modern home with plenty of space for our children to grow and room to entertain our family and friends.
