" THE PROPERTY: Available with no forward chain and situated in a sought after position, in our opinion, this 3 bedroom semi has many advantages to offer. Firstly it is located in the most desirable roads within the village of Bean. It is within approx 0.15 miles of the popular local school and within approx 1 mile of access for the A2/M2, plus Bluewater as well as the stations at Greenhithe and Ebbsfleet. We believe the house itself is well maintained and has a spacious and light interior plus a generous sized garden which is not over locked. The current owner say "they were impressed with the size of the house and knew immediately they would buy it when they viewed themselves over 10 years ago". They say some of the things that appealed to them was the amount of light that is provided by the 2 sets of patio doors at the back of the house and the size of the bedrooms, also the garage and driveway were a deciding factor.
