" The owners say they fell in love with this house for several reasons. They mentioned that one of the first things that stood out to them was the size of the rooms, the spacious feel it has throughout and especially the double garage. It has a very impressive lounge/diner that over looks the private rear garden which has side and rear pedestrian access. They said they also loved the outlook to the front of the property which is not over looked and very quiet.The house is well positioned and well maintained and has lots of benefits compared to other houses in a similar price bracket.The current owners have tastefully decorated and is ready for someone to move straight into without the worries of any home improvements. Located in semi rural village of Darenth which is within approximately 2.5 miles of access to the A2/M2/M25 and within approximately 1.5 miles of Farningham Road train station also a detached garage.

This has been a happy home for us and we have recently renovated throughout internally and re-laid the front garden. The house has large living spaces and incorporates plenty of integral storage space. The large double garage is a huge bonus along with the spacious rear and side garden. The view from the kitchen overlooks the green. We are sorry to be leaving our home, the convenience of the local amenities and the easy access to Dartford, the countryside and transport links but we are moving to be closer to family.
