" The current owners have lived here for over 33 years and have been very happy.One of the reasons being the location, central to Dartford, Greenhithe and with the benefits of 2 main line stations, Bluewater Shopping Complex and great road links to the M25/A2 motorways.There is also the benefit of the Fast Track Bus Service that is a short walk away and can get you to the Town Centre in less than 7 minutes.The property comes with a very impressive driveway that has been updated by the current owners and can easily park 3-4 cars, also a garage to the side with an electric up and over door for ease.Internally there is a lounge to the front and a really spacious kitchen/diner overlooking the low maintenance rear gardens.Upstairs there is 3 generous sized bedrooms with a modern shower room and separate wc.The house has really been maintained well by recently having a new roof installed and wood shutters. (Wood shutters in 4 rooms and the rest have either roller blinds or vertical blinds).

We have lived here for over 33 happy years. Unfortunately due to ill health we have to downsize. Having moved next door to the Old Dartford Football ground and having the Fire Station over the road was a major factor, we also loved the size of the rooms. We have had a new roof, fitted wardrobes, double glazing put in all round, new soffits and guttering. New gardens back and front, decorated throughout, new bathroom and shower. The neighbours are friendly and a couple of them have been here longer than us, so that tells you something about the area. There are lots of amenities close to hand, ie: hospital, Bluewater, shops/chemist, doctors surgery and buses.
