" You will never grow hungry or get bored here because the vibrant buzzing Nuxley Village is just a few minutes walk away. So no matter what type of person you are or whatever age group you are, the village caters for all kinds. Whether your a church goer or if you just want a bit to eat or even if you fancy a quick drink or 2 the village caters for almost everything. This house can only be described as a tardis. It looks relatively small externally but internally its large and goes back a fair length, ever so deceiving. The current owner has just modernised the lounge and its a tranquil get away from it all area, open plan to the dining room. This I would imagine works well if you have kids because you can relax and always keep a close eye on them regardless of which room you are in.The kitchen could probably do with being modernised. So now's your chance to design your own ideal kitchen/diner with those granite work tops you have always dreamt of. Take your pick of rooms upstairs because they are both doubles and can both fit in large beds and large furniture. Being Victorian you would imagine a courtyard style garden awaits you at the back, however you couldn't be further wrong, as its about 80" and has a fantastic large decking area to the front, which I can see would be an ideal place to hold those summer BBQ parties.

What the Owner says:

When I looked at my property for the first time from the outside, i honestly thought it was going to be to small. However, upon walking in I then saw how much space it had to offer. The whole house was a great size, but i think what sold it to me was the garden. The length of it is fantastic, and its great for the children to run around in. The schools locally are great, with Bedonwell being one of the most popular and sought after in the location. If you wanted to you can walk there from here easily. I have just modernised my lounge and re -plastered the walls and ceilings and the only thing that was left for me to do is the kitchen and I thought I would leave this up to the next buyer for them to do and for them to put there own mark on it.
