We asked the vendors to tell us a little bit about their experience of living in the house and here's what they had to say:

We have thoroughly enjoyed living in Wyncham Avenue for the last 14 years. It is in a friendly neighbourhood with neighbours that have lived here for many years and others that are new have always been welcoming and kind, we always knew that we could knock on anyone's door if we needed anything.

What originally drew us to the house was location, location, location; it's a walking distance to Sidcup Railway Station or New Eltham Station, bus routes 286, 51, B13 are only a 2-5 minute walk from the house.

There are a number of good local pre-schools, primary schools and secondary schools including Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Primary School, Days Lane Primary School, Chislehurst and Sidcup Grammar School, Hurstmere Secondary School, Blackfen School for Girls and many more.

The house is perfectly situated for easy access to a doctors, dentist and pharmacy plus we are very lucky to still have a Post Office. There is also a newly refurbished Co-operative and a selection of places to get a bite to eat nearby - you can go to La Cucina (Italian), Shish (Turkish), Maharani (Indian) and Ace Fish Bar, then for a drink after at The Halfway House Craft Pub.

We have been lucky to be close to beautiful green spaces which are great for walks, a run, picnics, dog walking, fishing and play. Lamborbey Park is just next to the leisure centre. It has a large historic landscape to walk around and is home to Lamborbey Angling Society. Avery Hill Park is one of Greenwich's Flag Award winning sites with an open parkland with many splendid tress. It is a 25 minute walk from the house and is part of The Green Chain Walk. It has a children's playground, caf? and toilet, a shared cycle/pedestrian route around the perimeter of the park and cricket and football pitches with changing facilities. Both places are lovely to visit in all seasons.
