" Located in what is locally regarded as one of the most highly sought after roads, within the immediate area, is this stunning example of a Potton designed home, which we understand from the owner is of the ‘Gransden’ range of designs available.The owners choice of design was a good one, as it blends in wonderfully well with the neighbouring homes which are a mix of new and old. Beyond the threshold, the hallway leads to a superb selection of open plan reception areas with the lounge and dining room being centred around a truly stunning inglenook fireplace. The garden room, which was a later addition to the property, is currently being used as the dining space although it was intended to be used as a conservatory area in the summer months. There is a fitted kitchen along with a utility room, plus a cloakroom which completes the ground floor layout. Upstairs, the galleried landing leads to the master bedroom with en suite which the owner had refitted in 2006. The main bathroom therefore services the 3 remaining bedrooms.The area of Round Street is a very enviable position and whilst it enjoys the rural perks of living near to the Kent countryside, urban amenities are never far away.
