" The Jiggens family have lived at Kenway since 2004, and after meeting with them, it is clear that they still love the home. They are now looking to relocate due to recent job changes.The house is set in the semi rural village of Culverstone in a very accessible position. Something that really stood out to me whilst visiting the home on a late afternoon, was the quietness, even when in the garden!Although the property is in a rural setting, there are fantastic train links into London, with Mr Jiggins reporting, to his pleasant surprise, when he travelled door to door in West London in just 55 minutes! This is thanks to the new high speed link to London via Ebbsfleet. in addition the A2/M2 & M25/M26 networks are all within a few minutes of the home. The home feels exceptionally spacious with 3 reception rooms, 4 bedrooms,
3 bathrooms and an open kitchen. Improvements are always being made and I could smell the fresh paint on my visit. The double garage has been officially converted upstairs into an office! The house sits on a ¼ acre plot (TBV) and we would recommend viewing to fully appreciate.

We used to live in a town environment and when thinking about moving , we accidentally stumbled across the house whilst driving around unknown areas. We fell in love with the greenery around and the peace and quiet. It’s a real shame we can’t pick up this house and put it closer to work, but we want to spend more time together as a family which due to work we just can’t do at the moment.We have a local village supermarket and a fantastic Primary School just down the road.
