" ‘Speedwell’ is a good size home that will offer great accommodation that you can easily grow into if upsizing or easily settle into if coming from a larger home. The plot is estimated at being in excess of 200ft front to back with a good driveway providing ample off street parking. The rear garden is now well established after years of looking after from the current owners and would be well suited for anyone either with children or grandchildren.In a business where homeowners are reported to move every 7-9 years on average, it is a great testament to how happy and settled the current owners have been that they are still in the home some 35 years after buying it !!One of the main attractions for this home is the convenience of the local area, the junctions for the M20/M26 and A2/M2 are all within few minutes drive as are the mainline train stations at Meopham and Ebbsfleet. A mini supermarket is at the end of the road so as you can see, the home couldn’t be better located no matter what daily requirements you have.

"We were living locally already when we first came across this home in the mid 1970’s and felt at the time that it was superb value bearing in mind it was a detached house in a semi rural village and even now, 35 years later, we still absolutely love the home and have enjoyed where we are.We are only minutes away from the local schools, motorway access is superb as are the options to get into London, the house has loads of off road parking and our children loved playing for hours in the big garden when they were younger, as now do their children!"
