" This is a superb opportunity to buy a family house without having the daunting price tag of a detached and is an ideal home for a second or even third purchase.This home is being offered in what we consider to be stunning condition and is a property that has been clearly loved and well cared for by the current owner. The modern white gloss kitchen was refitted in 2004, with the bathroom having been fully modernised more recently in 2007. Generally throughout the home, the owner has decorated with a very neutral theme adding to its lovely light & airy feel.The front porch is an ideal spot to hang your coat, which helps to leave the entrance hallway free from clutter. The living area is double aspect with windows to the front and patio doors to the rear flooding the room with light from both directions. The kitchen looks great and is certainly an inviting space for any budding chef’s out there. Upstairs the landing leads to 3 bedrooms with a modern bathroom and recently updated separate WC.As for the village, Vigo has always proved popular for those customers looking for a semi rural location close to the Kent Countryside but still within easy reach of urban facilities. I have lived in Vigo for many years and witnessed the homes in ‘The Coppice’ being built and knew that this road would be an ideal setting for me once I was ready to move up the housing ladder. Whilst you can choose your home but not your neighbours, there has always been a true community spirit within this road and it was very apparent during the recent bad weather when every neighbour came out to help each other clear their driveways and the road from snow.The house itself has really felt like home and has been a surprisingly cheap home to run so I shall miss it terribly and wish I could move it with me.
