This clean, well-located property is available from mid-May.  It benefits from being an only walking distance to the town centre and is very well connected.  Ebbsfleet station is easy to get to and services to London Charing Cross and St Pancras are every 15 minutes. 

There are some great recreational places to visit such as Cyclopark and the many country parks nearby.  There is a good choice of schools in the area, both primary and secondary options.  Bluewater shopping centre is only 10 minutes away and the city of Rochester is only a short drive away.
