An attractive, two bedroom mid terrace house, just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Gravesend?DA12, in a quiet road.?

The property has its own entrance door (no shared hallway) which enters into the hallway.

Ground Floor:

The front?lounge (approximately 4 metres by 3.5 metres) is newly carpeted and has a lovely original fireplace (not in use) and windows to the front.

The rear lounge (3.5m by 3.5m) and dining area is newly carpeted and leads onto the kitchen. Windows look onto the garden.

The?modern kitchen (3 metres by 2.5 metres) has?a gas hob and oven and fridge freezer with a door to the garden.

The garden is a?patio garden, low maintenance and ideal for summer barbecues.

Upper Floor:

Upstairs and off the hall are two bedroom and a bathroom.
