" THE PROPERTY: Backing onto school playing fields is this circa 1930 built three bedroom end of terraced family home. The property is in our opinion well presented throughout and the current owners have added a conservatory to create an additional reception room which overlooks the approximately 40' rear garden. Ideally situated for local schools and being approximately one and half miles from the town centre the property boasts a detached garage and off road parking to the front. We have been unable to test the services and/or appliances at this property and cannot verify that they are in working order.
