What the Owner says:

I've lived in Gravesend all of my life, as soon as I saw the 'For Sale' sign go up I knew that I wanted this house due to its great location. The peaceful cul-de-sac and friendly neighbours make it a lovely road to live in. As it is situated in a conservation area, the character of all the neighbouring properties have been protected and maintained. I have been spoilt with a great surrounding coupled with close proximity to Gravesend town centre. The house has a very spacious feel to it; we knocked through the lounge and diner and decorated throughout. Now it's time to move on and upgrade to a bigger home for our growing family.
