" This well presented semi-detatched property offers spacious accommodation throughout and however many cars your family may have, it is unlikely that any would be left on the road. In fact, most of the houses within this popular area have off-road parking or garages, leaving the roads nice and clear. As well as the driveway to the front, to the rear there is a detached double garage, which has power and lighting and is accessed via a gated driveway.The house itself is of a good size, with a modern bathroom complete with an oversized bath and a power shower, as well as three well proportioned bedrooms. Downstairs there is a spacious lounge/diner with solid wood flooring and a kitchen which is a lot larger than you would expect to find in a property of this age. The property has double glazed windows and is gas centrally heated throughout.

This area of Northfleet is very popular and it is easy to see why. There are excellent local schools, as well as a local park, all within easy access, whilst the A2 is within a few minutes drive.

When we viewed the house, we thought it was a really good size, especially the kitchen and the lounge/diner. There is a manageable rear garden and plenty of parking with its double garage and off road parking to the front. This is a lovely road, it never feels overcrowded, and there are excellent schools and a park on the doorstep.
