What the Owner says:

As a first time buyer, I was attracted to this house by its character and charm. The open plan layout gives it a spacious, homely feel. Its location is perfect for access to the town centre and commuting to London and beyond.
I've improved and maintained the property in recent years by installing double glazing throughout, loft insulation, a new boiler and kitchen. This year I fitted a new bathroom with under floor heating and landscaped the back garden.
I have lived here happily for 11 years, thanks to my friendly neighbours and the excellent community spirit. My only reason for moving is that my partner and I are starting a family and are looking to buy a larger family home.
