" THE PROPERTY: Louise, the vendor, has been in the property for about 4 years now and has thoroughly enjoyed the house. Having 2 girls both in school, Louise was looking for a house central to local schools, as this is. Having Gravesend Grammer for girls round the corner and Northfleet school a short walk away, she feels the location is perfect for a family. When first viewing the property Louise was surprised with the size of the bedrooms as the property benefits with Four double bedrooms. Since being in the property she has redecorated throughout, partially rewired and now is fully double glazed.
Louise would not be moving as she finds the house convient to local shops and town centre but she has decided to downsize and hopefully be mortgage free, however she feels that whoever buys this property will be happy with the space the property provides.
