" At first glance this looks like any typical house is Swanscombe, but when you look a little bit closer you will see it is so much more than meets the eye. Originally this was 2 separate houses, it has been extended and adapted over the years and is currently set up with 3 beds plus a large family bathroom upstairs and 3 reception rooms, a kitchen and a downstairs wc on the ground floor. There is a useful cellar and an approx 120ft rear garden. The house does need modernising internally or for the investors out there it could even be converted into 2 separate houses (subject to planning permission) again and as such could become a potential gold mine!

We decided to buy this property around 5 years ago as we saw it as a unique opportunity. It has an amazing history and has had many uses over the 100 or so years it has been here. We understand at one time it had been a shop, another time it was even a pub! Originally it was 96 & 98 Broomfield Road, so space wise it is so much bigger than other houses in this price bracket. Our lives have taken a new direction and we have decided to sell and give someone else a chance to make the most of this fantastic property.
