We bought this property as our first freehold house and at the time suited our every need. We saw the potential even though it needed improvements, this did not put us off. We love the fact that you are just outside the Town Centre and main line train station which is very handy for us and only a short walk away from anything and everything we need. The popular primary school as well is very good and again only a couple of roads away. We will be sad to say goodbye to this house, but we are sure it will make any buyer as happy as we have been.
