" I can see this house being perfect for the professionals or a young family starting out in life. There are many reasons for this, one is for the fact that it is in a quiet no through road cul-de-sac, therefore appealing to those people who want peace and quiet after a hard days work at the office.Another reason is that you are sandwiched in between three mainline train stations - in which all will get you to London and beyond. If you are a family and have a young child then the second bedroom would be a wonderful nursery as it is a 'Jack and Jill' style set up which means the bedrooms are interlinking, keeping you close to your prized possession at all times. Or maybe visualise having the second bedroom as a very large walk in wardrobe. Now I must have the ladies attention?
The space downstairs is wonderful. Your will never feel claustrophobic, as the seller even told me she has had 20 people in the lounge for a party once.So a wonderful entertaining venue awaits you. I can only but imagine it is an easily maintainable house as it boasts laminate flooring in every room making cleaning that little bit easier and at the same time giving it that modern homely feeling.

What the Owner says:

I bought my home approximately 4 years ago and what appealed to me is that it is so close to the stations and having 3 to choose from was idea. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the nearest station by walking so it also keeps me nice and fit on the way. The house was already extended and the size on offer impressed me and still does. I have completely refurbished my property by putting in new double glazed windows, new Kitchen and new bathroom bring my home into the modern era.
