" Give your children the best possible start in life as Haberdashers schooling academy is just minutes away.
They have an intake from infants right up to the 6th form so its a one stop school to go with a great house. This home is sure to appeal to first time buyers, as stamp duty would be exempt, or even for the growing family as its rooms are generous in size and have a great feeling about them. The heart of the home is surely to be the newly fitted kitchen diner down to its space and looks. The garden is also easy on the eye and being 70" will definitely wear your little ones out. There is even an outside toilet when having those summer barbecues. At the front is the lounge which its complemented by its exposed varnished floor boards giving it that cottage homely feeling with a modern twist. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and all of them being of a decent size. The bathroom is situated upstairs and like many of them on the road making it ever so convenient when needed at 2am and even has a separate shower and a separate bath keeping all family members happy. You can park two cars off the road easily but with a little shoving and tweaking you could squeeze a third car and maybe four it you are extremely lucky.

What the Owner says:

I bought the property a few years ago and it was the location that really appealed to me. I have a lot of my family local and wanted to stay local and this house just suited me in every way. What I really loved was the fact that it needed some work doing to it and the kitchen really stood out. The size is just wonderful and being able to fit a table in there is just great compared to lots of others I have seen. Another selling factor was that the bathroom was upstairs as that was important to me. i am only moving now as I am changing my area and hope that the new owner in my home will be as happy as I have been here.
