This is a bold statement but we are confident this must be one of the best houses available today. It has so many superb features that will enhance the lives of you and your family. Imagine having a spacious house with four bedrooms, two toilets and plenty of parking. Imagine then having your own place to relax away from the main house which is currently used as games room/private bar. The garden is also fantastic as it is a nice size and faces the sun for those who enjoy catching some rays. The house is also perfectly located to take advantage of the many amenities close at hand, including excellent motorway access plus commuters can either travel from Dartford or from the really popular Crayford station where fares are considerable lower as it is closer to London. You can walk to the local Co-op and numerous other local shops and pubs or you can hop in the car and be at Bluewater in around 7 minutes.The schools in this area are huge draw, West Dartford is famous for it's award winning education facilities. If you want the best start for your family then this is the only house you need to see.

This has been a great place to live, the house is a really nice size having been extended to the side and the rear. We particularly like the layout and the fact that it has a downstairs WC and a utility area which has been really useful for our family. The garden is a lovely place to sit and soak up the sun and the games room has given our friends and family hours of entertainment. We currently have a pool table and bar out there but it could easily be used as a studio or a office if you want to work from home but don't want your work life taking over the house. It is very handy for Crayford station and the motorway is only around 5 minutes drive.
We have improved the house by adding a new roof and have always kept it up to date and well maintained.
