" If schooling is important to you it is widely accepted that West Dartford is one of the best places to live in Kent.There are 2 of the best Grammar Schools in the country in Shepherds Lane as well as 2 very well regarded Primary Schools.The area is also very well served by its transport infrastructure with great access to 2 main line train station (Crayford station and Dartford station) and the motorway network is also accessible within only a few minutes drive.There are a handful of roads within West Dartford that are very well sought after and this particular house is located in one of the best roads.It has a lovely outlook from the rear and the garden feels very secluded and private.The house has been extended to the rear which makes it the ideal place to raise a family.People tend to stay in these houses for long periods of time and as such houses in this location are rarely available.This is the case here as the current owners have stayed for nearly 50 years.West Dartford is a nice place to live even when the kids have all 'flown the nest' due to the convenient nature of the location and handy amenities such as Bluewater and Dartford Heath on the doorstep.
