" For anyone looking for a family home in the Dartford area, houses on the Western side of town are normally considered to be the most desirable. This is for a number of reasons, firstly the schooling, West Dartford has 2 of the best Primary Schools in the area and 2 sought after Grammar Schools in Shepherds Lane as well as the Mick Jager Centre.Secondly, West Dartford is also incredibly well located for transportation links. There are 2 local stations, 1 at Dartford and 1 even closer at Crayford (fares from Crayford to London are usually less expensive). Further to this the motorway network is only a 5 minute drive away.This particular house has a fantastic specification and it is really versatile. It has been extended and has a very clever layout. This means that all 4 bedrooms feel roomy and the downstairs study could even been used as a 5th bedroom if required. There is a superb garden which is ideal for entertaining family and friends and the house has parking for 2 cars at the front.This house is also ideally located for some handy local amenities, these include; a local parade of shops, several pubs and a useful regular bus service.

Having lived here for 4 years we still remember how much we fell in love with the house on our first visit. The side and back extensions have been expertly done to maximise the best living space and room layout. With 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 sittings rooms, large kitchen/diner, separate upstairs shower room/downstairs bathroom, large loft space offering potential for large dorma loft extension, large private garden for those hot summer days, off street parking for 2 cars, separate office(my piano and office desk lives there giving me somewhere private away from the kids).... the 'ticks in boxes' just went on and on.
