" Having lived here for over 4 years the current owners of this attractive property have made numerous improvements and have maintained the property to a really good standard throughout. The property has a spacious lounge and a beautiful bay window that over looks the front garden. The wall between the kitchen and the dining room has been taken away making it open plan.There is also a conservatory that is brilliant because it gives you another added reception room which flows really well from the kitchen/diner, giving a great sociable room for those family get togethers.
The rear garden is absolutely lovely and as been landscaped, making it very manageable with a paved patio area and artificial lawn, which leads to the detached double garage that can fit at least 2 cars. This home has been kept in fantastic order and is well placed for access to Dartford Town Centre which is within 1/3 mile with the train station and access to the motorway networks both within the same distance. There is also a popular primary school in York Road which is within 0.15 miles making this an ideal family home

We have lived here for 4 years now and still remember how much we fell in love with the house on our first visit. The location is a major bonus as everything is accessible from here, A2 and the M25 at the top of the road. Also the Fast Track bus route for Bluewater or a 10 minute drive by car. A short stroll to Dartford main line station, which gives you 3 mainlines into London or further into Kent. Central Park is at the bottom of the road, plus all the local shops, 2 shopping centres, plus 2 market days. Our garden is South facing, which is very private and quiet. Ideal for lazy days! with ornate trees and artificial lawn there's not much to do but relax!!!. We hope the new owners enjoy our new kitchen diner as much as we have. Perfect for the odd dinner party or two!!.
