" Bay fronted house that has undergone a lot of improvements over the 11 years the current owner has lived here. Making this a very attractive and spacious property compared to a lot of other 2 bedroom properties. The whole house has been changed for the better making it so much bigger downstairs giving a through lounge/diner and by moving the bathroom upstairs this has helped to make this kitchen a lot bigger. So now upstairs you have 2 very good sized bedrooms and a very impressive sized bathroom. There is easy access to the Town Centre, main line train station or the fantastic road links to the M25/A2 motorway.Remember is size and location are important to you then this is one that is a must for your viewing list.

What the Owner says:

I was first attracted to this property as I was looking for a project and to get myself on the property ladder. Once I moved in the whole house needed updated and I started with installing a new central heating system and at the same time I took the wall down between the lounge and the dining room, moved the bathroom upstairs which made the downstairs a lot bigger including the Oak kitchen which is newly installed. I replastered every wall throughout so over the 7 years living here I have been very happy and compared to other 2 bedroom houses these rooms are a lot bigger and I'm sure that the next owner will be just as happy.
