The house is in a quiet cul de sac yet it is only around 0.5 miles from the Town Centre. Commuters can walk to Dartford station in around 10 minutes and there are local amenities including shops and schools within only a few minutes walk. You can also drive to the motorway in around 5 minutes and there are local buses which pick up from just around the corner. 'A spacious and well presented interior'. The house has a conservatory which is open plan to the lounge/diner. This means there is an approx 32ft room, this feels as big as it sounds, so if you have large furniture it should all fit without a problem. Upstairs there are 2 double size bedrooms and even the 3rd bedroom feels bigger than found in similar priced properties. The current owners have continually updated the house and have recently updated the kitchen and bathroom and even the garden has been upgraded, so it now has a modern and low maintenance feel.

We are lucky to have really nice neighbours and this has always been a very friendly community. It is handy for the Town Centre and train station and especially easy if you need to make use of the motorways as there are a number of ways to get on to the A2/M20/M25 from here. We have tried to keep our house upto date and have most recently updated the bathroom suite.
