" Come on in...
The front door opens to reveal the central hallway with doors leading off to the ground floor rooms. Left ajar, they give a sneak peek into what lies beyond.

The living room to the left runs the entire property length, with a window overlooking the front and patio doors opening onto the garden at the rear, filling the room with natural light during the day. As the night draws in, close all the curtains and get cosy in front of the tv.

The office is a fantastic place to work from home in a quiet corner away from the hustle and bustle of family life.

Flexible living...
The living space in this family home is excellent. Whether it is hectic breakfasts before everyone heads out to school and work, or fun filled Sunday lunches, the kitchen really is the heart of the home. Friends sitting around the central kitchen island sipping coffee as you catch up. The dining room to the side of the kitchen is the most flexible in the house. This room has seen many uses as the family has grown. Starting off as a formal dining room for dinner parties with friends, as children entered the equation, it became the most useful playroom, perfect for toys to be stored and played with safely whilst you are in the kitchen. As those children grew, it became a teenager‘s hangout space, with a tv and games console set up for them to play with their friends, out of the way of the family living room. With bi fold doors that open up fully to the garden, this lovely room really brings the outside in and allows the outdoor space to become an extension of the property. Open the doors and let the children come in and out as they please between their playroom and the fully enclosed safe garden as they get some fresh air.

The family room has been used for everything, from a playroom when the kids were little to a space for them to hang out with their friends as they‘ve got older. It‘s been a godsend.

White wooden units around the perimeter of this kitchen, topped with contrasting black granite worktops, ensure that you have all the room you need to create a culinary masterpiece. You have everything you need to cook up a storm with a built in double oven, hob and extractor, and a microwave and larder fridge. There is space for an American style fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Natural light pours into the room through the Velux window in the pitched roof, ideal for cooking and chopping or simply enjoying the morning sun as you take a quiet morning coffee before the beautiful chaos of family mornings gets into full swing.

Master Bedroom Sanctuary...
With 5 bedrooms, there is enough room for everyone, perhaps even a guest bedroom. The master bedroom is like a private sanctuary with a door to close on the rest of the household as you relax and unwind in the master suite. Tucked away in the eaves with Velux window to fill the room with sunlight, there are built in wardrobes on one wall and eaves storage at either side to make full use of all available space. The en suite shower room is modern and chic. No plastic bathroom toys or kid‘s shampoo to be found here.

Room for everyone...
Another one of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and would be perfect as a guest room to allow your guests a bit of privacy or a teenagers‘ room so that there is no more fighting for the bathroom each morning.

There are 3 additional bedrooms, all of a decent size and ideal for children‘s bedrooms with enough room for toys and playing.

The family bathroom has a P shaped bath with a shower above to give you the best of both worlds.

Outside space...
Facing south easterly, the sun‘s rays fill the garden, and the rooms at the rear of the home, from early morning all the way through to the evening. The garden is safe and secure, fully enclosed, so children can play freely and enjoy the outside space. With seating areas behind the living room‘s patio doors and the family room‘s bi fold doors, there is plenty of opportunity to dine al fresco during the long summer days with BBQs and garden parties.

Because the garden is fully enclosed, it is really safe for the children to play outside.
