" A beautifully presented semi-detached bay fronted period home which has retained much of the character and charm of its era and is situated on a well established and popular road. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and briefly comprises an entrance hall, lounge with bay window and feature fire place, dining room which has a log burner and a fabulous cottage style kitchen with butchers block effect work surfaces to the ground floor. To the first floor there is a landing providing access the master with cast iron feature fireplace and there is also a second bedroom which is currently partitioned by Perspex to create two rooms which both can be accessed via the landing, and a family bathroom which is fitted with a Victorian-style modern white suite including a roll top bath. Externally there is a walled forecourt to the front and a lawned garden to the rear with outbuildings which has open views over fields to the rear. The property is warmed by gas central heating and internal inspection is essential to fully appreciate.
