ENTRANCE HALL Entrance Porch with original tiled flooring, leading to a spacious lounge extended to the side with a large bay which emits lots of light and with French doors to the rear garden 

LOUNGE The lounge has herringbone wooden flooring and is very spacious. Double doors lead through to a good sized Dining Kitchen which offers versatile entertaining space. 

KITCHEN The Kitchen is fitted with country cottage style modern wall and base units and appliances include washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, the dining area has French doors to the rear garden.
