" This19th Century semi detached cottage occupies an unusual position being tucked away discretely from the road behind a large Leylandii hedge and a long Foregarden. The property itself is of brick construction with Rosemary tiled roof offering quite characterful accommodation with a number of interesting features, and having the benefit of double glazing and gas central heating for comfort.

SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION Briefly the accommodation includes, front lounge, rear dining room and kitchen. There is a rear lobby and large walk-in larder. At first floor level there are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
