SHIPSTON ON STOUR Is an old market town situated in the southern tip of Warwickshire in an area of undulating farmland close by the Cotswold Hills along the Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire borders. It provides the local shopping centre for many surrounding villages and has a predominantly Georgian High Street which benefits from being away from through traffic. The town also has both a Primary and Secondary School, medical centre and cottage hospital, library and several sports clubs. The main centres for the area are Stratford upon Avon (11 miles), Banbury (14 miles), Warwick (17 miles), Leamington Spa (18 miles). There is a mainline rail service to London from the Cotswold town of Moreton in Marsh (7 miles). 3 HAY MEADOW Is a conveniently situated and deceptively spacious, modern semi-detached family house located in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of the town, close to the High School and Leisure Centre, yet within easy reach of Shipston town centre. The gas centrally heated and double glazed accommodation, which offers scope for further refurbishment, includes two good reception rooms, a fitted kitchen, four good size bedrooms including a bed-sitting room with potential to sub-divide into two separate rooms, family bathroom and an easily managed garden.
