" Three Bedroom Detached property For Sale in Clifton.

This lovely three bedroom detached property for sale in North Road, Clifton has always been one of my favourites.

Sitting beautifully within its generous plot and well-kept gardens, this property has had just ‘one careful owner’ from new.
It s still owned by the family who designed and commissioned it to be built in 1956 and who have thoroughly enjoyed their time living there and the memories that have been made.

Set in a fabulous position with views over fields from the bottom of the 275ft rear garden, this attractive property has extensive gardens both to the front and particularly to the rear.

Now, it is fair to say that the property is now going to require some work as many of the features are going to need bringing more up to date - but what an opportunity!!

As many of the properties in this highly regarded road have already changed hands and been re-modeled, it is becoming more rare to find a property that offers such an opportunity to make your own mark upon, with the space and potential to extend it further if you should wish (subject to the necessary planning permission of course).

To the first floor, the three bedrooms are all doubles with the Master Bedroom being a lovely bright room with its dual aspect over both gardens.

A lovely oak 'Herringbone' Parquet flooring extends throughout the ground floor to the hallway, lounge and dining room.

Both reception rooms have fireplaces and the dining room has a generous square bay to give a great feeling of space.

The breakfast kitchen has a walk-in larder and leads to a cloakroom and storage room and then on to the garage and gardens.

There’s no shortage of parking here either. To the front there is a large gravelled drive which gives access to the garage and side pedestrian access to the extensive well maintained gardens.

If you don’t know this very popular Warwickshire village, Clifton-upon-Dunsmore, (or just Clifton for short) is about 2 miles North East of Rugby near the Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Warwickshire border and about 20 minutes’ drive from Daventry.

It offers excellent motorway access having the M6, M1 and A14 nearby and the local railway station, allows the commuter to get to Euston in less than 58 minutes.

Clifton has its own Primary School that boasts 'Outstanding' Ofsted results within easy walking distance as well as having an on-site play group.

Further amenities include St Mary's Church, the Clifton General Store, The Bull Inn, a Beauty Salon, Hairdressers, Estate Agents and the Townsend Memorial Village Hall which hosts many activities including mother and baby groups and fitness activities.

Now, this is going to be a popular property but there's no need to panic!......

It's going to remain fully on the market with no decision being made on the sale, until after Friday 8th April. So if you need to sell your property before you buy this one, please let me know - YOU DO HAVE TIME!

If this sounds like the sort of place where you'd like to live then call Campbells today and ask for Clare or any member of the friendly Sales team for more details and to arrange a viewing.
