" This is definitely a home that a family can really grow into. The house is in a popular residential area, near Dane Park, so the kids would have plenty of space to run off their never-ending supply of energy! The property has four bedrooms, so all the family can have their own personal space. Alternatively for busy working parents, you may opt to have one of the bedrooms as a study. Downstairs, you have a separate lounge and dining room, so all the family can gather round the table for your Sunday roast. The dining room also has double doors which open up onto a lower patio area, which is the perfect place for a BBQ for you, while the children play on the higher tier lawned area, or in the summer house. This home is great for getting out and about, with the main bus route just around the corner, where you can take your pick from Broadstairs, Margate, Ramsgate or Westwood Cross to visit, as they are all within a 20 minute drive. For your daily bits and bobs, you have a small row of shops down the road, and when you want to treat all the family, you have a few takeaways to choose from.

We bought this home eight years ago to raise our growing family in, and it has been great for us! The garden is a lovely size for the kids to play in, and the summer house has been used as anything from a pool room to a workshop. We had looked at what felt like hundreds of properties before this one, and it just felt right the moment we walked through the door. The off-street parking is really handy and the shops at the bottom of the road are great. It was the amount of space on offer that sold the house to us, we just wish we could pick it up and take it to Oxfordshire!
