" You cannot help but be pleasantly surprised when you walk into this home. This Victorian terrace has been newly redecorated, yet still retains many of its period features. You could move straight in without having to even touch a paintbrush! Downstairs, you have a separate lounge and dining room, with an extra room that could be used as a utility room, or a playroom if you have a young family. This house is close to Cliftonville High Street, so there is only a short stroll to get your morning newspaper and a pint of milk. Margate's town centre is not far away either, where you can go for a lovely meal at the weekend, after spending a day on the beach with the kids.Do not be fooled into thinking this is your average terrace home, it feels like you could be in any semi-detached family home with the amount of space you get here.

What the Owner says:

I have lived in this house for over 10 years, and there is nothing more I can ask for. It is great for local shops, and I often take a stroll into Margate where I have spent many summer weekends on the beach. Just as the area is seeing some really exciting changes, it is a shame that I have to move away. I have spent a lot of time redecorating the property and in the last year I have installed a new kitchen. I have also maximised the space with a loft conversion and an extension to the rear. I will be sad to leave my home but think that this will be great place for a couple looking to start a family, or who already have a young family.
