" THE PROPERTY: This is a double fronted character property, which we understand from the current owners dates back to the early 1800's. The property boasts many character features with wood beams in many rooms together with original style fireplaces. In our opinion, the property has been kept in good condition throughout and has a period yet "comfortable and cosy" feel. Located within half a mile of Margate's main town centre and local amenities, we feel it would make an ideal family home. This is classed as a two bedroom property, however if necessary, the two additional reception rooms can be used as two additional bedrooms. There is one bathroom, a small courtyard garden to the rear plus central heating and double glazing. In addition, it also has an unusual triangular shaped utility room on the ground floor.
